. This is a response to a commercial brief tailored to the needs of the evolving market. Comprising 50,000m 2 of optimally flexible office space, the building will provide one of the largest, largely column-free floor plates on Collins Street, combining campus-style accommodation on midrise levels and a north-facing mixing atrium with large open floor plates on high and skyrise levels.
Wesley Place, 130 Lonsdale Street will be a catalyst for the reinvigoration of Melbourne’s North East CBD, creating a green, active, connected and welcoming urban environment that retains the best aspects of calm sanctuary in the urban realm. The design for the refurbishment of this group of 1960s buildings responds to the need to improve the operation and user experience of the Sir Louis Matheson Library and foster its leading role as the main library for the largest university in Australia. The refurbishment provides a new physical setting supporting the library’s contemporary academic programs and improving access to new models for study, research, and technology-rich environments.
Element is a mixed use development on the harbour at the Kingston Foreshore. The philosophy behind Element is to create a carefully designed building which expresses an imaginative modularity, offering proof that inner urban spaces can not only be attractive and liveable places, but also cost effective to construct, and efficiently serviced. The new office project was undertaken as an opportunity to rethink the company’s approach to ‘design’ and the process of creating contemporary architecture across a varying portfolio.
Griffith University Health Centre is the first tertiary education building in Australia to combine all of a university’s health and medical disciplines in one facility. It provides services to the public in each of these disciplines. This university building is designed as both a research hub and research subject with the potential to transform the majority of Australia's building to be sustainable and resilient.
This narrow private house demonstrates what can be achieved on the myriad of ‘left-over’ spaces in inner cities, such as disused easements or parking lots. In this case, a 3 metre wide tiny caretaker’s cottage, adjoining a Heritage Hall has been recycled and linearly extended into a family house and office for parents and three children. The Sentinels form an indelible hallmark of contemporary urban life in Dubai.
The Minister for Education announced the redevelopment of the Applecross Senior High School on the existing site. The school was established in 1958 and is located on Link Road in the riverside suburb of Ardross, close to Garden City Shopping Centre, Booragoon Bus Transport Hub, and the Melville City Council buildings and Public Library. COX in collaboration with Silver Thomas Hanley aimed to make the new FMCCC building an easily identifiable and positive emotional experience for the public, who are typically in a highly emotive state when visiting to view their recently deceased friends or relatives, and/or attend judicial inquests related to that situation.
The University of Queensland Oral Health Centre synthesises the concerns we regard as critical in architecture. One is that buildings convey abstractly their purpose, in this case embodying the ‘craft of dentistry’, in the craft of the forms and spaces. A second is that buildings enrich context – here the building is designed to unite the university’s medical campus with an adjoining hospital with which it functions.
A third is to humanise institutional buildings at every moment in its experience. The initial impetus for the refurbishment of QPAC’s front-of-house and its main theatres was their non-compliance with current access codes which had led to anti-discrimination cases. The Constance Street housing project differentiates by its re-writing of fire engineering codes to create a living environment for a city’s socially alienated citizens that foster communal well-being.
The Western Australian Maritime Museum was the first stage of an urban renewal program for the Fremantle Waterfront, and an opportunity to create an international standard and a vibrant destination for people of all ages. A major expansion of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, but also a completion of the concept of the original building which was discontinued in 1996 due to a then dispersal of Government funds to other public projects. One One One Eagle Street forms the centrepiece of a trio of towers that mark Brisbane’s renowned Riverside Precinct.
It occupies a site that comprises the loading docks and basement carpark access to the existing neighbouring towers either side. The site’s sever constraint was the lack of bearing points due to those existing encumbrances. This mixed-use infrastructure development rejuvenates the centre of Chatswood, completely replacing the existing station and bus interchange while maintaining their operations during construction.
Melbourne Square will be one of the city’s largest residential projects and will provide a new civic hub and network of green spaces in Southbank. The project will transform an under-utilised city block into a vertical village featuring six towers (four residential buildings, a hotel and commercial office). Carnegie Station, Murrumbeena Station, Hughesdale Station, Clayton Station and Noble Park Station, Victoria Metro Residences Chatswood comprises three tall and slender residential towers ranging from 27 to 40 storeys with some 550 apartments , with a landscape podium and community facilities located above the Chatswood Transport Interchange Singapore EXPO is a major international project which was awarded to our practice as a result of the success of our Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, a previous national BHP Award of Excellence winner.
It has thus demonstrated fully the benefits of receiving this award and application of advanced steel technology to future applications.
By elevating the line and stations, this project presented an opportunity to transform an extensive tract of land within Melbourne’s metropolitan zone into a new linear park. This distinctive sub-tropical building is defined by a shimmering series of parabolic hyperboloid roofs, conceived to reflect the dramatic backdrop of the Brisbane hills. This redevelopment was designed to continue the legacy of the Adelaide Oval, world famous as an Australian home of cricket, with many traditions of the grounds maintained. Distinct from typical boarding halls, Wesley Learning in Residence scheme responds to the school’s vision for a more independent, residential style of accommodation for senior students.
The rebuilding to the north eastern frontage of the campus has enabled the design team to challenge and rethink the spaces for learning at Wesley College’s St Kilda Road Campus. This project was an opportunity to not only make a new pedestrian and cycle connection across Brisbane’s river but also new forms of public space. The pavilion was designed to replace a solid brick and concrete structure that had become of increasing safety concern due to lack of transparency.
While accepting the need for change, the local community was intensely interested in the new design, particularly in how it related to an adjoining park and how it should reflect West End’s unpretentious, laid-back character. Sanctuary Cove Golf Club emerged as a project from a Master Plan we prepared during 2003-2006 in stages to revitalise the resort community’s position as among the finest in Australia. Other implemented aspects of this master plan are re-orientating the arrival sequence into the resort, upgrading and expanding the Marina Village, and creating new canal estates with distinct community identities.
Cairns Performing Arts Centre marks a rich new beginning in the cultural life of Far North Queensland. Located on a prime CBD edge, The Conservatory provides immediate access to key Melbourne amenities, including Carlton Gardens, the Royal Exhibition Building, RMIT University, the vibrant hub of Lygon Street in Carlton and the CBD retail provisions to the south. The Ambassador’s residence provides the main reception facilities for the Irish embassy as well as the private residence for the ambassador and family as well as visiting dignitaries.
A fine dining experience rich in the artefacts of wine making and terroir. Allphones Arena is a wholly enclosed, fully air conditioned arena with seating for up to 20,000 people – the largest indoor multipurpose hall in the Southern Hemisphere. This medium rise, 13 storey building for Urbanest acts as a long-term accommodation facility, providing 716 beds for tertiary education students.
A 25,000 seat sporting and entertainment facility currently under construction in Townsville. This project is located on top of a remote mesa in far north Queensland in outback Australia. It was created as a visitor centre for people to witness first-hand one of the world’s most significant and cohesive dinosaur collections and it is remarkable for two reasons.
The National Wine Centre is a flagship of Australia's internationally renowned wine industry, acting simultaneously as a cultural and educational centre, and a major tourist attraction. The Centre informs visitors of every aspect of the wine industry, including wine-growing, wine-making and new technologies. It contains an interactive museum, a comprehensive range of wine-tasting facilities, offices of Australian wine industry organisations, and function spaces for events.
ILK Apartments was conceived through the ideas of 'place-making', 'event', 'environments', and 'craft', providing a platform for a diverse community to integrate with and make positive contributions to the Toorak Road precinct. Won through an international design competition, the Sir John Monash Centre project is one of Cox’s most significant projects. The project is currently being delivered by Cox Architecture with Williams, Abrahams and Lampros.
COX was appointed as Lead Architect working in collaboration with Robertson + Marks, for the redevelopment of the Sydney Cricket Ground Northern Stand. The venue’s new Northern Stand replaces the stadium’s existing Noble, Bradman and Messenger stands. The re-imagining of Canberra’s St Christopher’s Cathedral Precinct emerged from a desire to unite the many functions of the Church into one central hub.
Integral to Channel Nine’s brief was the ability for studio broadcasting in an inner city setting. The concept was to tie existing buildings at St Georges Terrace with a new studio pavilion at 253 St Georges Terrace resulting in a transformational campus environment that improves collaboration and provides maximum exposure for the brand. Australian Technology Park, Eveleigh, Sydney, New South Wales Constructed in 1913, Her Majesty’s Theatre is Adelaide’s oldest continually operating performance venue and holds a place of cultural and historic significance within the city.
COX have been engaged to modernize the theatre to better accommodate contemporary expectations, whilst maintaining its historical integrity. The redeveloped North Melbourne Station as a premium passenger interchange station provides its patrons with equal access, passenger amenity and station facilities. Orange Airport is located 15km south east of Orange and is serviced by Rex Airlines providing regular passenger services between Orange and Sydney, accommodating regional community and tourism needs.
As a gateway to Orange and the surrounding region, the Council has continued to improve facilities over the past 10 years. As part of the long term vision for the airport, the terminal building housing operational, retail and hospitality facilities was scheduled for upgrade. Melbourne Jet Base seeks to redefine the entry and departure experience for high net worth individuals, foreign dignitaries, celebrities and sports stars who demand level of service, security and privacy well beyond what is available in a commercial airline terminal.
Newcastle’s new Courthouse is located on Hunter Street, within the city’s main civic precinct. ‘E’ House was designed for the unique Elysium Noosa residential community; a development distinguished by the involvement of twelve leading Australian architects. ‘E’ House is a rigorous exploration of the simultaneous virtues and capabilities of timber to articulate space both as structure and skin, to integrate architecture into its natural environment, to express intimacy through modulation and variation, and to contribute to environmental sustainability.
The Pavilion at Karen Rolton Oval is a community sports hub and has been named after one of Australia’s most celebrated female cricketers. Located within the beautiful Adelaide Parklands, the pavilion was conceived to embrace its surrounds and float lightly on the landscape, while its form is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional cricket pavilion. For over 150 years the MCG has played an important role in the cultural development of Melbourne.
It has been the venue for some of the most outstanding sporting achievements and it is this, over time, which has ensured the MCG's status as a national cultural icon. Cox were commissioned with Aurecon by Transport for New South Wales as designers for the concept design, documentation and administrative works for this new ferry wharf. This 110 metre cable-stayed pedestrian bridge features diamond-type steel stay cable towers and post-tensioned concrete deck beams.
Cheltenham Station forms part of the Northern Sydney Freight Corridor Program, initiated by the Federal and NSW State Government, to improve capacity, reliability and safety. The project included the construction of six kilometers of new and upgraded track to separate freight from all-stop passenger trains and required a complete reconfiguration of Cheltenham Station. University of Melbourne, Parkville Campus, Victoria SW1 is a mixed commercial and residential development occupying a 1.
8 hectare site adjacent to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Although the land had been reserved for expansion of the Centre, it was decided to create a precinct instead that helped to connect the South Bank Parklands with the neighbourhood behind. The Katitijin Centre was the first building in Western Australia to be awarded a 6 Star Green Star (v1 Education) Design Certification and has recently been submitted for a 6 Star Green Star As Built certification.
South Australian Film & Screen Centre, Adelaide, South Australia The Westside temporary structure at Acton Park departs from the conventional notion of permanence in architecture, which has hitherto been avidly applied to most buildings erected in the National Capital Zone. Unlike the grand Civic buildings situated adjacent to the central basin, Westside is liberated from a specific program and its associated aesthetic baggage. The compelling aim for this project was to humanise the experience of the justice system, one that is often alienating and exacerbated by typically confronting civic architecture.
The Sydney Aquatic Centre in Sydney's Homebush Bay was one of the first Olympic Sporting facilities to be completed and was a chief ingredient in the success of Sydney's Bid to win the Olympic Games for Australia in the Year 2000. The additions to Challenger TAFE Fremantle have reinforced the College’s commitment to establishing an internationally recognised campus for maritime studies. The Darling is a 5 star 171 room hotel located within Pyrmont and an iconic addition to the adjacent ‘The Star’ entertainment complex.
The project was secured through a Department of Planning managed architectural competition process. St Germain is a new multi-residential apartment building in the inner-city Campbell 5 housing precinct. It occupies a prominent position on Anzac Parade, in an established suburb where the concept of urban infill has been resisted.
The development successfully responds to the existing character of the area in a complementary manner using simple forms and restrained materials. This private residence is sited in the older Canberra suburb of Yarralumla where most of the foreign embassies and diplomatic residences are located. Australian Institute of Management, Floreat, Perth, Western Australia The Centre creates a series of space types and environments that are designed around patterns of human interaction, a “Learning Landscape” approach, an approach that is about leveraging the power of planning for interaction at the campus level and rather than approaching design and planning from the traditional perspective of siting a new building as a generic space type.
This project recaptures the main street of a city that had been, like many worldwide, turned into a pedestrian mall in the 1980s. While some have rejuvenated their city centres, here was an example of the opposite – people embracing the suburban shopping centre and deserting the city centre. This campus-style office development was designed for China's leading sportswear and sporting goods company.
The Footscray Nicholson Learning Commons is a major institutional initiative to consolidate and create a highly visible address for each of the campus’ student services while maintaining a cohesive identity for the facility overall. Capital Square is a 30-level commercial office tower on the western perimeter of the Perth CBD. Fully leased by Woodside, the project delivers the mining company’s vision of a new paradigm for the city workplace which merges business and community values.
The brief from the Samoan Government was to create an architectural interpretation of Samoa ‘looking forward’ while drawing inspiration from their rich cultural heritage. Through the reinterpretation of the dialogue between the performer and the entertainment stage the circus arts’ contemporary message is showcased through a simple framework. The public success of the project has been to both the experience of this major Queensland cultural facility and dramatically in terms of visitation, the Museum Director writing: “For the first time in our 150 year history, we have welcomed more than one million visitors to the museum network… however it is the 22% increase to Queensland Museum (744,654) that has made all the difference, in no small part due to the interior refurbishment”.
Abigroup House adapts the modern tradition of the cubic glass park pavilion to the Queensland subtropics, employing a splayed solar screen as part of its modified typology. An iconic song, a quintessential landscape and help for a regenerating community The sculptural tower form has been configured to maximise the number of units that have the best views to Carlton Gardens, unencumbered views to the north, as well as view corridors through existing and approved developments to the south. The museum's vaulted forms evoke images of billowing sails and cascading waves tumbling towards the waters’ edge and were developed to accommodate varied museum exhibits ranging from the America's Cup yacht Australia II to model ships.
Cairns Convention Centre was undertaken in two stages, the first for the main plenary hall, foyer and meeting spaces, and the second comprising a dual use performance and indoor sports hall. The extension comprises a transparent, externally-framed, two-storey box, deliberately contrasting with the "enclosed" nature of the existing 1960s library building. The interior of PLC’s Performing Arts Centre has been designed to perform like a vibrant urban streetscape.
Botanic High locates a STEM focused and contemporary vertical school in a beautiful parkland setting, combining science and nature in a connected learning environment. The pedagogical vision that has driven the design fosters students as innovative and creative learners, providing young people with a range of experiences, ideas and perspectives.
Perth Rectangular Stadium is strongly focused on the human experience of sport – a complete experience from the journey into the grounds through to the immersion in the event. Cox were engaged to transform an outdated commercial office tower into a contemporary work environment commensurate with the expectations of tenants. Conceived as a sculptural addition to the robust landscape of Port Melbourne, the Sandridge Lookout sits within a wider masterplan of landscape projects and sound walls designed to improve the interface between port operations and the natural environment.
This bridge provides a pedestrian link across the head of the Singapore River between the city's existing CBD and new Bayfront district. "A waterfront icon seated in the natural beauty of the harbour and its surrounds" AAMI Park continues the strong architectural lineage of Melbourne and Olympic Parks evidenced since 1956 by the Myer Music Bowl and Olympic Pool Complex, and later by Rod Laver Arena and the MCG. The Anna Meares Velodrome is an indoor track facility located at the southern end of the Sleeman Sports Complex (SSC) at Chandler in Queensland.
The new indoor facility replaces the existing outdoor concrete velodrome to the north of the complex. A lightweight structure over the Yarra River providing a vital missing pedestrian, bicycle and commuter link between Melbourne’s CBD with two of the city’s most important precincts, Docklands and Southbank. Wynyard Station was opened in 1932 as part of a network loop devised to service the city centre.
Construction was undertaken as a complex cut and cover methodology, by first excavating and then re-building Wynyard Park on top. The station consists of a large single level, low height concourse, atypical of underground stations in the area and had been subject to numerous modifications over the decades. It represents one of the largest multi-agency government co-location projects in New Zealand's history and the largest combined justice and emergency services facility in Australasia.
21 Peter Doherty Street is part of the Boggo Road Urban Village master planned precinct, located 3kms from Brisbane’s CBD. The creation of two new rail stations (at South Morang and Thomastown) and the relocation and modernising of a third (Epping Station) lie at the heart of this project, with all three forming key nodal points in a longer term urban focus. COX are the design and master architect for this new signature space at Sydney International Airport.
Designed to allow operational continuity throughout construction, this space houses a new dwell space for passengers. The 2,500m2 space provide a food and beverage marketplace focus within the airport. The unique panoramic views across the adjacent planes either on the apron and runway brings back the excitement of flight.
Bucking the trend in China of singular iconic object museums, this museum comprises five interconnected pavilions reaching out over Tianjin’s bay. Resembling a cluster of ships in port, sea anemone, or an outspread hand, the building will chronicle China’s seafaring history, display its complex marine biology, and illustrate parallels between China’s and the world’s maritime evolution. The 80,000m2 museum is well under construction and due to open in 2017.
This extension to a classic Federal Capital cottage in Canberra’s Red Hill avoids replication of the older building in favour of a linear garden pavilion. This project is stage 1 of a planned neurological research precinct within the Randwick education / health district. The King House is a single family dwelling in South Canberra.
The design utilises simple forms and compact planning to create a restrained house that nevertheless offers a very high level of amenity. The design takes advantage of the existing falls across the site by stepping subtly along its length, thereby creating higher ceilings to living areas and more intimate spaces to sleeping areas. The Sir Zelman Cowen Centre for Science allows the school to build on its past whilst projecting its future.
The project explores new educational models that develop a physical environment that engages with the boys whilst encouraging relationships with staff through intimacy and knowledge. The design includes twelve jury and non-jury Courtrooms and seeks to appear open and inviting whilst conveying its civic importance. Balancing this formality, the experience of the general public within the building has been given a high priority through generous atrium spaces, integrated public art, and crafted waiting environments with high levels of amenity, including configurations that separate opposing parties to minimise stress.
Monash University, Caulfield East, Melbourne, Victoria The primary objective of this project was to find a resilient solution to Brisbane City Council’s CityCat terminals which were heavily impacted by the devastation of the 2011 flood. This was achieved by devising an ingenious system of parts, that enable the terminals to give way in a flood and return immediately to operation after the event, all using the natural water flow. The St Lucia Lakes Link is an important project to the University of Queensland in providing a pedestrian amenity to what has become the single largest population arrival point to the campus.
For a modest budget, the project has converted a previously arduous and often sodden goat track into a journey traversed effortlessly by students by bus, cycle, ferry and on foot. This new 274-bed children's hospital in Nedlands is designed to replace the Princess Margaret Hospital, to provide best possible clinical care for future generations, and to serve as the base for WA's outstanding paediatric research. The redevelopment of the Hyatt Regency Sydney (161 Sussex Street) has revitalised Sydney’s western fringe, connecting the CBD to Darling Harbour whilst restoring and revealing lost heritagebetween La Trobe, Queen and A’Beckett Streets.
The significant challenge of the Southbank Institute of Technology project was to ‘reinvent’ a former TAFE College, comprising a typically discordant and introspective series of buildings, into a new model of tertiary campus thriving upon multidisciplinary collaboration The design gesture is a simple one which uses an understated double curvilinear geometry to counterpoise the complex double helix bridge on the opposite side of the bay. This solution positively completes the important public domain access way around the Marina Bay. James Street Market is a fresh produce, dining and homewares retail pavilion in the inner city of Brisbane.
The Riverway Arts Centre is the centrepiece of a much larger project, firstly to rehabilitate the Ross River, and secondly to create a community heart in a city where shopping malls governed social interaction. Without then knowing what elements to put in it, the mayor sought from us a master plan to transform 18 hectares of mostly barren riverfront park for multiple community activities. The first major commercial building in Newstead Riverpark, the centrepiece precinct of Newstead-Teneriffe which is Queensland’s largest urban renewal project.
The AIS Aquatic Testing and Training Facility provides first class facilities for the training and testing of elite swimmers. Allisee is a medium-scale apartment residential community set around an inner harbour, pools, parks and gardens. Its configuration differs markedly from a former strategy which had proposed a much higher, denser ‘wall’ of buildings encircling the harbour with scattered, lower value development around the remaining site.
This new pedestrian bridge completes a fully accessible link from the Merlion Park, to the Esplanade Bridge and the Esplanade Plaza. University of Queensland, St Lucia, Brisbane, Queensland The building form expresses the progressive nature of the construction industry and rapid development of new materials and construction design technologies. Designed in conjunction with Arup, this bridge eschews the worldwide trend towards ‘pure’ bridge structures to generate a diverse experience and varied appreciation of its river and urban context.
Unlike its predecessor, James Street Market in Brisbane’s New Farm, the site for Ferry Road Market did not have the benefit of passing trade. It thus had to become a destination worth the journey to it, both visually and experientially. The new District Court Building was conceived as an environment of human dignity, physical comfort and respect for both the public users and regular occupants of the court environment.
Greenwich is a successful and attractive example of urban-infill and a new style of living in one of Canberra’s inner north suburbs. Putney Hill infills an existing middle ring Sydney suburb, at the “missing middle” density advocated by the NSW Minister for Planning. A total of 791 dwellings ranging from apartments to houses have been constructed in six stages.
Queen's Place leverages the incredible amenity offered by the location of the site in proximity to the Queen Victoria Market and the large consolidated nature of the site to create new through site links and public open space to form a new vibrant public realm between La Trobe, Queen and A’Beckett Streets. An important and significant project that aims to support, sustain and drive the growth and development of the fishing industry of the Coastal and Central Mid West regions through state-of-the-art educational and research facilities in the heart of the Western Australian crayfishing and fin industry. Won through an international design and build competition, the project is the first in the harbour redevelopment within Taiwan’s port city of Kaohsiung.
400 George Street is an office tower opposite the Brisbane Magistrates Court we designed in 2000. Together they form a gateway to the city’s legal precinct. Despite the different building types, our approach was to relate the forms, materials and details to accentuate the sense of threshold.
Our design represents an evolution of sports and entertainment environments as key cultural and social event platforms for public life. Conceived with Arup, our design is a synthesis of traditional Japanese craft with a structurally light environmental enclosure. This enclosure utilises the inherent efficiency of the egg form, employing a diagrid structure over an elliptical shell.
Within the enclosure are a series of segmented, crafted timber stand elements. St Aidan’s The Link is a new Innovation and Design Hub that transforms an existing arts precinct constructed in the 1960’s to meet the needs of current pedagogy. The redeveloped Oval Pavilion will be a significant University landmark and a leading sporting facility within the community and university sporting sectors.
The ABC Accommodation project reflected ABC Management’s intention to consolidate and co-locate all Melbourne operations under one roof by re-purposing the existing Southbank building to create a unified, integrated and collaborative professional environment for ABC staff in a more functionally efficient and comfortable workplace setting. The Jakarta International Velodrome is a vibrant and dynamic stadium, developed primarily as a key venue for the 2018 Asian Games. The project will add vitality to the immediate precinct for years to come through the provision of legacy opportunities inherent in the siting and planning of the facility.
The site is located within a broader sports precinct and is arranged to suit a master planned experience with a focus on public plaza spaces for large spectator movements. All Hallows’ is a Catholic girls’ school built on top of a large rock mass on the edge of the Brisbane CBD. It has the character of a citadel, protecting the school from the bustle of urban life below.
Victoria University Sunshine campus, Melbourne, Victoria, Victoria The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa redevelopment continues the current use of the site as a therapeutic mineral spa centre and bathhouse, adaptively reusing much of the existing bathhouse structure including the heritage buildings and the modern extension to its south. This major sporting facility was designed as part of Australia’s bicentennial celebrations and is one of only four “grand slam” tennis venues in the world. The Australian Film Television and Radio School’s new premises has engendered a significant cultural change in the operation of the School.
Change and Culture are the quintessential drivers behind reinvigoration of The Goods Shed. Revival of this space for community interest and cultural celebration were the motivating values intrinsic to the success of this Creative Hub. The Gold Coast Aquatic Centre is a recycling and expansion of the original 1960s Southport Pool sited in the Gold Coasts Broadwater Parklands.

The Sydney Exhibition Centre was the first major exhibition centre to be built in Australia. The project comprises the construction of a new purpose-built police, justice and corrections complex in a landmark position on the Former Gascoyne Traders Site on the corner of Robinson Street and Babbage Island Road. Cox Architecture were commissioned to provide full architectural services for the new Student Accommodation facilities at St Thomas More College.
